Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Although, because of special orders, backorders, and delayed shipping terms, shipping may be delayed and take longer than expected. Orders are not processed on the weekends or holidays. Delivery services can continue over the weekends depending on the carrier. Treasures in America use all carriers available in your area and at the time of processing your order, we determine which carrier is a better fit for your shipping needs.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders in the U.S. will be delivered within 5 business shipping days. If there are any delays in the order due to weather, backorders, out-of-stock, etc., we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Uncharted Expedition ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories. Treasures in America does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Uncharted Expedition is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
